Josh is originally from Port Charlotte, Florida. After graduating from Toccoa Falls College in 2016 with a degree in Outdoor Leadership and Education, he served as a white-water rafting guide at a Christian camp in North Carolina before going overseas to Southeast Asia with the IMB as a Journeyman from 2018-2020. After returning to the States, he attended Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary to get is Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies degree.

 

After graduating, Josh had the desire to serve again in a multi-cultural area. The Lord led him to pack up and move to Birmingham. Josh will spend the next three years serving in the local church and the multiple multi-cultural universities in the city.

 

The local church is called Bloomsbury Hope center located in the middle of the district Nechells. Josh has an active role in helping organize various church and community events and outreaches. He will also actively engages with university students at Aston University and Birmingham City University.
